Your rewards may be redeemed within the following 6-month redemption period. The expiration date for this redemption period will be provided in the email that delivers your Tru Rewards eCard. Once you receive the TRU Rewards eCard, the redemption code can be used anytime during the specified redemption period. You may use your TRU Rewards only once during the redemption period. It cannot be applied to past orders and must be used at time of checkout to apply.

"What is the TRU Rewards Program?"
The TRU Rewards Program is a program designed to reward Trudacity customers who purchase merchandise on the trudacity.com website.
“How do I earn rewards?”
TRU Rewards members based on the net purchases of merchandise made on trudacity.com during specified earnings periods. At the end of each earnings period, a TRU Rewards e-Card based on the net purchases made during the previous specified period will be emailed to each member. Rewards may be used toward future merchandise purchases made on trudacity.com anytime during the specified redemption period; however may only be applied to one purchase during that period. The redemption code can only be used once, after that the code will no longer be valid. Any unused reward will expire at the end of the specified redemption period.
“How many times can I use my TRU Reward e-Card redemption code?”
Members may only use the TRU Rewards e-Card redemption code one time during the specified redemption period. Once the code is used, it will no longer be valid.
“When are the earning periods?”
Earnings periods are successive 6 month periods, beginning and ending as follows:
12:00AM CST January 1st – 11:59PM CST June 30th
12:00AM CST July 1st – 11:59PM CST December 31st
“How do I sign up?”
New customers are enrolled automatically when they set up an account on trudacity.com. Existing customer accounts already are enrolled in the TRU Rewards Program.
“What may I use my Rewards for?”
Rewards may be used to purchase merchandise on trudacity.com. Other exclusions may apply.
“Can I combine Rewards from multiple customer accounts?”
No. Multiple customer accounts on one site may not be combined. The Rewards are linked to your personal account and would not be recognized from another customer.
“How soon can I redeem my Rewards?”
Rewards eCards are issued within 30 days of the end of each earnings period. Rewards eCards may be used immediately upon receipt, and must be used within the 6 month period following the end of each earnings period. This is the redemption period. Redemption periods have an expiration date noted within the email that delivers the eCard.
“What do I do if I did not receive my Rewards eCard?”
Please contact info@trudacity.com if you do not receive your Rewards eCard within 30 days of the end of each earnings period.
“I accidentally deleted my eCard; can I still redeem my Rewards?”
We may be able to look up your code for only the previous earnings period ONLY if a purchase has not been made during that redemption period. If a purchase has been made then the customer will no longer be able to apply any Reward code until the next redemption period. Thus forfeiting the reward earned for that period.
“Does my Rewards eCard expire?”
Yes, your Rewards eCard does have an expiration date. Rewards eCards must be used within the 6 month period following the end of each earnings period. The expiration date is noted within the email that delivers the Rewards eCard.
“I placed an order but forgot to apply my Rewards code. Can my order be adjusted?”
No, your Rewards eCard must be redeemed at the time of purchase. We are unable to adjust previous purchases.
“May I get my Rewards back if I redeem my Rewards on a purchase and then return it?”
Yes. Upon return, Rewards will be reinstated provided your return was made in accordance with our return policy.
“I want to give my Rewards eCard to another person. Can I do that?”
No. Each Rewards eCard has a unique code which is linked to your account and is valid only for purchases made by you. You may use your Rewards eCard to purchase a gift for another person, but that person will be unable to use your Rewards eCard.
Terms & Conditions
Use of the TRU Rewards Card constitutes acceptance by each Rewards Program Member ("Member") of the following Terms and Conditions and all future Terms and Conditions (collectively, the "Agreement"):
1. Rewards Program. The TRU Rewards Program, subject to the Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement, is designed to provide trudacity.com customers with a Reward based on the net amount of their Qualifying Purchases during the Earnings Period. Qualifying purchases (less taxes & shipping) are rewarded as follows:

2. Enrollment. New customers are enrolled in the TRU Rewards Program and become Rewards Program Members automatically when they register for a customer account. Returning customers that have customer accounts are enrolled already in the TRU Rewards Program and are Rewards Program Members.
3. Earnings and Redemption Periods. Earnings Periods are continuous and successive six (6) month periods. The first six (6) month Earnings Period begins at 12:00am on July 01, 2016 and ends at 11:59pm on December 31, 2016. The second six (6) month Earnings Period begins at 12:00am on January 01, 2017 and ends at 11:59pm on June 30, 2017. Subsequent six (6) month Earnings Periods follow the same pattern. Redemption Periods begin upon Member receipt of their TRU Rewards eCard during a given Earnings Period and end at 11:59pm on the last day of the sixth (6th) month following the end of the related Earnings Period. For example, the Redemption Period for the first six (6) month Earnings Period will begin upon Member receipt of their TRU Rewards eCard and will end at 11:59pm on June 30th. The Redemption Period for the second six (6) month Earnings Period will begin upon Member receipt of their TRU Rewards eCard and will end at 11:59pm on December 31st. Subsequent Redemption Periods follow the same pattern.
4. Rewards, the TRU Rewards eCard, and Redemption. Rewards earned by each Member are based on the net amount of the Member’s Qualifying Purchases during the Earnings Period, less any returns or other adjustments. Rewards earned during a given Earnings Period will be calculated after the Earnings Period ends. Qualifying Purchases are purchases of merchandise made from the site during the Earnings Period. Qualifying Purchases do not include amounts paid for sales tax or other taxes or duties, or for shipping or other non-merchandise charges. Qualifying Purchases do not include amounts purchased with a TRU Rewards eCard. TRU Rewards eCards will be emailed to each Rewards Program Member address in their customer account within 30 days of the end of each Earnings Period. The redemption code for the Reward earned will be within the email that delivers the Rewards eCard. The Rewards eCard may be redeemed only on merchandise purchases from the site only during the specified Redemption Period. Rewards may not be redeemed for cash and may not be used for prior purchases. The Rewards eCard will expire at 11:59pm on last day of the Redemption Period. The expiration date is noted within the email that delivers the Rewards eCard. Rewards eCards will expire at the end of the Redemption period. TRU Rewards must be used within the redemption period and must be used on only one purchase within that period. Once the redemption code is used, it will no longer be valid. Other restrictions may apply.
5. General Terms and Conditions.
(a) Membership in the TRU Rewards Program is not transferable. Rewards eCards are not transferable and may be used only by the Member whose name is associated with the account on the eCard. Rewards earned by one Member may not be transferred to another Member. Rewards earned by one Member may not be combined with Rewards earned by another Member. Other restrictions may apply.
(b) Rewards will be earned only on the dollar amount of merchandise purchased with a credit or debit card. Rewards will not be earned on purchases made with a TRU Rewards eCard. Rewards will not be earned on the dollar amount of sales tax or other taxes or duties, or for shipping or other non-merchandise charges. For purchases made with a combination of credit card, debit card, and/or Rewards eCard, Rewards will be earned only on the dollar amount charged for merchandise on the credit card or debit card.
(c) Rewards for returns made after the end of an Earnings Period may be subject to forfeit.
(d) Rewards must be redeemed at time of purchase. Rewards may not be applied to prior purchases. All TRU Rewards e-Cards must be used within the redemption period and must be used on one purchase within that period. Once the redemption code is used, it will no longer be valid. However, any and all unused Rewards eCards balances will expire at the end of the Redemption Period.
(e) Member agrees that the TRU Rewards Program and any rewards or benefits related thereto do not create any property rights whatsoever in favor of Member.
(f) Member shall be solely responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date personal information in their customer account, including e-mail and billing addresses. Members may update their personal information online at the trudacity site as appropriate. Trudacity.com is not responsible for TRU Rewards eCards not received as a result of incomplete or inaccurate personal information.
(g) Trudacity, the Trudacity logos, the TRU Rewards Program, and other logos and taglines are the intellectual property of LSG Design, LLC., and may not be used by others without the express written consent of LSG Design, LLC.
(h) TRU Rewards Program Terms and Conditions are void where and to the extent prohibited by law. Any tax liability incurred in connection with the receipt or redemption of the TRU Rewards eCard is the responsibility of the Member.
(i) All Rewards amounts are in U.S. dollars.
(j) Rewards eCards which are accidentally deleted, lost or stolen will be deactivated and may be replaced ONLY in certain special circumstances. If a purchase has already been made during that Redemption period then the Rewards will be forfeited. If there has not been any purchase made during that Redemption period, then we can reactivate the code for the full amount.
6. Member Privacy. Member personal information will be handled and retained in accordance with the Trudacity Privacy Policy.
7. Modification and Termination. Trudacity may modify the TRU Rewards Program and/or this Agreement from time to time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion, and without further obligation to Members. All Trudacity decisions will be final. Updates shall be effective on the date they are posted. The most recent Terms and Conditions may be found on the trudacity.com site. LSG Design, Inc. may terminate the TRU Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice. Rewards earned but not used and not expired as of the termination date will be honored. LSG Design, Inc. reserves the right to terminate this Program or Membership in this Program at any time in its sole discretion. All LSG Design, Inc. decisions will be final.

9. Governing Law and Arbitration. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of Illinois, without reference to conflict of law provisions. LSG Design, Inc. and Member agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising from or relating to this Agreement or Member's participation shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the County of Lake Zurich, State of Illinois. Member acknowledges and agrees that by using their Rewards eCard, Member has chosen arbitration rather than litigation to resolve any such dispute, claim or controversy, and submits to the jurisdiction of the County of Lake Zurich, Illinois for the resolution of all disputes, claims or controversies arising under this Agreement. LSG Design, Inc. and Member understand that a judgment on any arbitratal award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. No arbitration under this Agreement shall be consolidated with any other arbitration.
10. No Warranty. LSG DESIGN, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATE ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS MAKE NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RELATED THERETO AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY SUCH WARRANTIES.
11. Release of Liability. MEMBER HEREBY RELEASES LSG DESIGN, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATE ENTITIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE TRU REWARDS PROGRAM.
